Good products don't always look like good products. For a while, Magic Milk fell into that gap — genuinely high-performing sealant that was hard to read on a shelf and harder to explain to a customer who hadn't heard of it. The 2025 redesign was a direct fix for that. Same formulas, made in the UK the same way they always have been. Different everything else.
Why the range needed a redesign
The product quality was never the issue. Magic Milk has been formulated and manufactured in the UK for decades, and the riders who use it know it works. The issue was clarity. Walking up to a shelf of sealants and reading the label quickly — understanding which product is for what, which is the higher-performance formula, which is the eco option — needed to become instinctive. It wasn't.
At the same time, sustainability information was buried. Magic Milk uses synthetic latex — no natural latex, no harm to rainforests. The Innertube BioBike is 100% biodegradable. These are real differentiators. They deserve to be readable at a glance.
What changed
A visual system that reads at range
The new labels give each product line a distinct visual identity that works whether you're looking at it on a screen, on a shelf, or from across a workshop. The range hierarchy — Tubeless, Innertube, Beyond Biking — is now the organising logic for both the physical packaging and the online store. You should not need to read the small print to know which category you're looking at.
Cleaner bottle labels
The new artwork brings the brand green further forward. Product line colours (blue for Tubeless Original, dark green for BioBike) now serve a functional purpose: they signal the product's character before you read a word.
Range hierarchy, simplified
The Pro Hi-Fibre line is the flagship. The new labelling makes that hierarchy clear: Pro Hi-Fibre at the top of each category, Original below it. The Tubeless-Pro Hi-Fibre leads the tubeless range; the Innertube-Pro Hi-Fibre leads the innertube range. Riders who want the best formula can find it without reading the back of every bottle.
What didn't change
The formulas. Every SKU in the Magic Milk range is still manufactured in the United Kingdom. The Tubeless-Pro Hi-Fibre still seals punctures up to 8mm instantly. The Innertube-Pro Hi-Fibre still handles slits, pinch flats, and holes up to 7mm. The BioBike is still 100% biodegradable and still made without natural latex. The patented cap technology — precise, clean application — is still on every bottle.
Redesigns sometimes cover for a product getting worse. This one didn't need to. The product was already there. The packaging just needed to catch up.
