Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Outside the UK, Magic Milk is available through our distributors; get in touch at believe@magicmilk.bike and we'll point you the right way.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1 working day. Orders are not dispatched at weekends or on UK bank holidays. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking and missing parcels

You'll receive a dispatch email when your order leaves our warehouse. If your order doesn't arrive when expected, email info@magicmilk.uk. We'll chase the carrier and put it right.

Risk and ownership

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we've received payment in full.
