Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel and return it. You don't have to give a reason.

What we can take back

Magic Milk is a sealed chemical product. For safety and product-integrity reasons we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging with the seal intact. You'll also need your order number or other proof of purchase. UK consumer law allows us to refuse returns of sealed goods that have been unsealed and are no longer suitable for return.

Bottles that have been opened, used, decanted, or whose seal has been broken can't be refunded unless the product is faulty (see "Damaged, faulty or wrong items" below).

How to return an item

Email info@magicmilk.uk with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. Then return the goods within a further 14 days to:

You pay the return postage unless the goods are faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email info@magicmilk.uk within 30 days, ideally with a photo. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, including the cost of returning it to us. This applies even if the bottle has been opened.

Items we can't take back

Sale items and gift cards, unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once we've accepted the return, place a new order for the new item.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 14 days, including the standard delivery charge you paid on the original order. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund. If more than 14 days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at info@magicmilk.uk.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
